ESGuide aims to contemplate on the issues concerning the lack of a platform which has information and guidance needed for Exchange (Erasmus, AIESEC, AFS, etc.) Students and to produce an information and guidance website.

My inspiration to carry out this project is my realization of the urgent need for a platform which offers guidance for my Exchange Student friends about Accommodation, Cost of Living, Visa, Resident Permit, Insurance, Public Transport, Newspapers, Bookstores, TV Channels that broadcast in English, Internet Service Providers with cost information, Communication Services such as mobile networks with student plans and mail services, General information about Work Hours and Holidays in Turkey, information about Restaurants, Cafes and Patisseries, Pubs and Bars, Entertainment and Night-Life and other related news and information that are helpful during their stay and education in Istanbul.
