A handkerchief is a polite thing to have, but no one seems to carry them anymore. Maybe if it's more of a crafted item than just a square piece of cloth, people will see it as more of a personal accessory and want to keep it with them.
This was just a quickly dashed off idea. It's was my first time trying out a serger, which was a bit of a revelation. The tweed cover and the white pages mimic a sports coat and a white shirt.

- You could even show your doctor your progression if the occasion merited it
