Gualtiero Marchesi | The Great Italian
Gualtiero Marchesi was an Italian chef, considered to be the founder of modern Italian cuisine.
To create this minimal poster we used only large-sized types of pasta; for example, the shell was 12cm long.
I had the chance to met Mr. Marchesi just a few months before his disappearance and on that occasion he himself gave me the jumbo pasta shell that we used to create this poster.
