Magnolia is the first project in Montevideo (Uruguay) of the famous Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld: a building of 40 apartments in a privileged point of Punta Carretas neighborhood and a few meters from the coast.
The building name is a tree so the concept is that each apartment has a different flower that represents it.
We intervene the two floors of the garage, common spaces and apartments door with exclusive designs for each space.
