Roses are the flower we humans put a lot into. There are symbols for love, faith, death and if we would go dig deeper a lot more. Like we are, roses are imperfect, hurt. Like our love roses are not final and will wither in the end. But they are a picture that in the end there is someone with the perfect love waiting for us.

Here are some roses I took recently. I got them from my local church because of illness and the were actually on our dinner table for over a fortnight.
