Dream - Analog Photography
These are photos from an analog photography session. The topic was 'Dream'. As we all sometimes have these dreams and nightmares where somethings trying to get us, and we feel that they are close and can grab us. We can try to protect ourselves or we can just watch what is happening to us.
Photograms with Pseudosolarization
These photograms were made with various glass objects like glass balls, glass lids, jars, and other like feathers and net. To make partial pseudosolarization I made a special tool from a flashlight with an extension around the light so that it can be used point-wise. The tool was used during the development process that gave the moving and flowing effect.
Cyanotypes & other experiments
My path with alternative photography focuses mainly on cyanotypes. Through the classic exposure under an enlarger and standard photograms, I began to experiment with the method of applying the emulsion (so that the brushstroke remains), the material on which it is applied (handmade papers with various additives, photographic papers, canvases and others), physical manipulation of the film (burning, giving an interesting melting effect), and mixing the effect with inks, photographic emulsion, lumens, and various types of substances applied to the surface, as well as exposure time (such as wet cyanotype). Sometimes all these experiments even led to the destruction of the image, and sometimes something truly unique came out.
