This project aims to invite audiences to learn and experience dynamic information of my artwork. I tried to introduce my work by making the art speak for itself and by interacting with viewers. I integrated augmented reality into the final installation.
In these pieces, I wanted to catch people’s emotions by illustrating lines, shadows, and highlights.
Then I rearranged positions of visual elements. These faces turned out to be a little bit crazy.
To let my work speak for itself, I came up with the idea of making the face “talk” about the information and the concept of Emotion Sketches. I created a 2D animation by adding a voice over and showing the transformation of the face.
By scanning the final work with Layar app on mobile devices, audiences can view the animation in the context of Emotion Sketches. Augmented Reality integrates dynamic information into the work.
