A vector watch that I created mimicking my watch.
Here is a brief set of photos of the process. I started out very basic with the watch face. I was having trouble at the beginning making it feel real. Once I added the outer details I started feeling the 3D possibilities. I couldn't find a font that I liked for the hour numbers, so I created them myself. Once I added gradients it started to feel very real. Fine tuning the gradients took the most time.
The final vector graphic. I made the Velcro for the watch strap using a three-layer method using Adobe Photoshop. I enlarged it for detail.
