This project resulted from a three-hour assignment to pick a folder on our computer, utilize its contents with an assigned tool, and create a new work. The folder I chose contained snapshots of google earth imagery and my tool was the laser printer. To generate content, I set up an indesign grid, populated it with the satellite imagery, left some grid areas blank, and then printed these compositions randomly on scraps taken from the studio recycling bin.
