This video is an exploration of the GIF format as a reflection of looping life-cycles. Unlike the repetitive sameness of a GIF however, life mutates and evolves. This video merges still frames, sequenced GIFs, and pattern languages to create an evolving narrative. In the process, links between digital space, physical landscape, and natural phenomena emerge.
