We want to make a campaign raising awareness about the stereotypes of guys and the pressures that society causes on individuals. We decided to make a video called society does my voiceover. In the video we show a young man getting ready, a voiceover throws insults at him which represents the stereotypes and expectations of society on guys. We want to create a video with a shock value to show how pathetic the stereotypes and the pressures they cause are, this will lead to more serious conversation about the topic. We also created a YouTube channel and Twitter account for our #NoVoiceOvers video, hopefully it will reach teens and young adults as they use the internet and social media more than most.
