Caution - Secret Programmes | Typography Poster
This project that began in late May was based around the idea of designing a poster that visualises the concept of a computer with specially designed software being surrounded by crime scene-styled tape, given the discovered capabilities of the software itself, with the screen left completely visible for anybody who may be attempting to take a sneak peak, to do just so.

In effect, this would provoke the viewer into using their imagination in regards to what outcomes the use of the software could have, considering the exceptional level of incarceration the computer for that matter has been given.

As you will see, the design of the user interface has been stylized by the use of a basic left and centre alignment for all text-based content, a colour palette with various levels of opacity to help with asserting hierarchy, and minimalistic icons that help reduce text levels for a more modern and easier navigation experience.

Regarding the display mockup, the tape that surrounds the computer has been given it’s own message “Caution – Secret Programmes – Do Not Use” as opposed to the usual “Crime Scene Do Not Cross” that effectively adds a small level of humour, due to it’s use of over-exaggeration in order to compare itself to the original message, as that message itself is specifically designed to be taken very seriously.

So, be sure to tell me what you think in the comment section below!
