The article, in a nutshell, discusses both positive and negative characteristics of the millennial generation, giving examples and consequences of both sides of this coin, that is; being a millennial.

Don't fear the past, don't fear repeating it now. Don't be caged by it. You've changed, grown, evolved, so it cannot be the same again. Climb over the railing of the completed and walk down the alley into your perfect now. Your inner realms attract different people, manifest different lessons and conjure up different situations. Good ones. Outward appearances may contradict this, but remember that nothing is ever as it seems... And you have changed.
