Bacardi NH7 Weekender 2017 // Brand Identity

We designed the brand communication language for India's biggest music festival - Bacardi NH7 Weekender 2017. 
The design language was extended for print design, social media and advertising including branding, posters, outdoors, entry wristbands, signages at the festival, collaterals, merchandise design, emailers, etc.
The festival travelled to two major destinations : Meghalaya and Pune, also in nine other cities as express editions: Jaipur, Bangalore, Puducherry, Indore, Kochi, Goa, Mysore, Hyderabad and Kolkata in the span of four months. 

Project done in collaboration with Poorva Shingre, Akshita Chandra and Sayali Satpute; and under the creative guidance and art direction by Lokesh Karekar at Locopopo Studio, Mumbai, India.



This year's inspiration for the visual language was derived from stencil art. As a concept, stencils connect alternative music, art and culture together in a unique way. We extended the stencil concept by developing festival illustrations, spray effect, kaleidoscopic patterns and typography to form a cohesive visual language for the festivals offline and online communication design.
