In Nightmare Monsters, I focused on my nightmares, which I have so often when I am sleeping. I wanted to transform them on beddings and pillows by textile print. Because my idea is, when they will be on beddings, they won't be in my mind. I illustrated them, and inspiration for me, was shapes from common things, like shape of wather on floor, the end of coffe and main it were shapes on wall of old buildings.
I decided to make a bedding two-sided. One side (from outside) is made by sublimation (painted) print on polyester. Second side (from inside) is made by silkscreen print on cotton. Everything is in black and white (grey), because nightmares are always the darkest part of my dreams. The pillows are in shapes of monsters too.
