Paris & Rome in the evening | A Photo Collection

For the last month, I spent time in both Paris and Rome on a study abroad program, being able to both learn in and photograph two of the most iconic cities in the world. Shooting at night with my tripod is probably one of my favorite techniques (especially with car light streaks) to do with my Canon. Here's a collection of my blue hour and nighttime photography shot during some free evenings I had behind the lens.
Simply iconic.
From the top of the Arc.
______________
A golden Vatican at blue hour.
Ancient views.
Streaking at the Colosseum.
(Sadly, regular traffic is stifled by military roadblocks on the street next to the Colosseum. So the only hope for light streaks are from buses or a police squad car every once in a while, buses don't quite do the justice).
Ancient architecture.
The Forum.
The old U-turn at the monument, a classic.
A modern look into an ancient world.
