One for Sorrow …is the title of my latest children’s book.
A puzzled magpie called Sorrow sets off on a journey to find his lost Joy.
This uplifting story is designed to help parents and carers support a child in understanding their own emotions, and those of others around them.
One for Sorrow introduces the subject of mental health to children aged 4 to 7, in an easily digestible way.
The introduction is written by comedian, writer, actor and former psychiatric nurse, Jo Brand!
One for Sorrow is hoping to be crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
