Rorschach patterns have always intrigued me and here, inspired me to replicate their dark, ambiguous forms by experimenting with tie-dye techniques on cotton fabric. I used acid dye to get bright, saturated tones on the fabric.
Further, I manipulated the tie-dye patterns into repeats, experimenting with symmetry for apparel.
