News 4 KVOA-TV Opens/Re-Opens
I led the development of brand new opens and re-opens for KVOA-TV in 2012, with the help of live-action aerial footage (pre-drone days), studio crane shots, and a quality NBC soundtrack.
Over the course of a few months, whenever extra time was available at work, I experimented with graphics, learned some new things, and all shots with talent were eventually scheduled and completed.
Getting to make and see these opens air live on TV for my hometown gave me a tremendous sense of pride and accomplishment.
