Cohealth, a provider of community health services in Victoria, is having a problem with its traditional service delivery method, which is speaking to the staff on the phone or in person. This is because many people have difficulties in making and changing the appointment time. Therefore, the challenge is to create a new user- friendly online booking system for most Cohealth’s services.
