ThoughtWorks is a global technology consultancy that provides software delivery, pioneering tools and consulting for organizations with ambitious missions.

Their Arts Residency program aims to facilitate dialogue, partnership and collaboration of technology and exploratory arts. 

This identity design was an exercise in carefully distilling the essence of a creative hub or incubator while paying homage to the already established reputation of ThoughtWorks. 

We wanted to instill a sense of trust with familiar primary like colors juxtaposed against the notion that the residency would be pioneering within a forward thinking community.
