The customer had a platform that worked, which had already been used. But the platform was implemented as quickly as possible and had big problems with UI and UX. Users love this system, but to attract new ones, Alfabeto needs a new visual language.
Decisions
We received an extremely problematic product: there were no layouts, there was no userflow, no site map, no information architecture. We started by recovering the system from scraps of data.
Also, the difficulty was to create a new UI on the old site's grid - it was very important for the client.
We created a new language of communication: colors, fonts, illustrations. We've done the facelifting of the entire platform.
