1/4 of the storm drains completed. Enhancing visibility of five storm drains in Raleigh to spread awareness about water pollution and the negative impacts it has on streams, lakes, and rivers. This project also will bring more public art to the city and draw attention to storm drains in a fun and unique way. The goal is to encourage residents to keep litter and other debris out of our waterways.
