食物注定是短暂的,但饮食之美恰恰就在捕获到那本质的瞬间即逝

这是第二次与川隈的合作,你也许还记得川隈杂谈(佛山店)由竹编编织的山水回环,不过这次广州店的呈现,少了佛山店的小情调,更多的是感受来自土地厚实感与粗犷。这也是我们的创意来源。
墙上次第有序的孔洞造就者,是一种来自战国时期的物质。2000多年前,它便开始沿着南方丝绸之路开始漂洋过海。它是民间白善泥与煤渣,和火碰撞出的产物——荥经黑砂。
我们这次的尝试是焦点集中在荥经黑砂与川味的创意结合。荥经黑砂的质感与色彩鲜艳的食材组合出无数可能。

As for the relationship between people and food, we are not thinking too much or thinking too little.
Or take pictures of people like obsessive-compulsive patients or wolf down the salad at your worktable.
Food is destined to be temporary, but the beauty of food is just capturing the essence of the moment.

This is the second cooperation with Chuanfeng, you may remember Chuanfeng chat (Foshan store) by the bamboo woven landscape circle, but this time the Guangzhou store presented, less of the small flavor of Foshan store, more from the feeling of thick and rough land. This is also our source of creativity.
The last hole in the wall was created by the Warring States period. More than 2000 years ago, it began to drift across the sea along the Southern Silk Road. It is the product of the white mud and cinder of the people and collided with fire - Ying Jing black sand.
Our attempt is focused on the creative combination of Ying Jing black sand and Sichuan flavor. The texture of Ying Jing black sand is combined with colorful ingredients.
