Inspired from Studio Ghibli films, I created a box depicting various characters on each side. After sketching out the designs I had to carve it into the clay. To get to this point, it took 3-4 weeks. Soon, I will add a glaze!
Again, because I have a fondness of the ocean, my first ceramics project in class was based on a sea turtle.
I just finished adding a glaze. The red color will turn green after it’s been fired in the kiln! Some of the white color will turn clear so that’s why it doesn’t really matter if it went out of the lines.
