About the painting
This painting was born out of playfulness and experimentation with the colours. I set up a still life of an apple, pear and a pomegranate, however I only used my objects as starting points. I let myself play with my fluid paint and create dialogues between the colours. Forms remained my secondary concern, yet I like how the forms emerge out of their environment.
