Sometimes, it’s ok to NOT BE OK ! 

We live in a world where people would judge and question you if you are not ok. Some things , some moments , some incidents will trigger you some day or the other where you will feel horrible. You will feel like someone’s drilling a knife in your heart slowly, feel like there’s a whole fucking cloud of stress and tensions on all your shoulders. Putting a fake face and acting like everything’s normal is not ok.

There will be days where you will not get sleep, will not want to wake up, won’t feel like grooming yourself, won’t feel like eating , day by day it becomes difficult . 
And it’s OK TO LET IT OUT. It’s ok to cry , it’s ok to feel bad , it’s ok to talk about it to someone who can understand. Reach out to people, talk about it before the lava explodes internally. It’s ok to feel depressed. Sometimes all we need is just a hug. It’s ok to fight this , we are not alone :) 

IT’s OK TO NOT BE OK.
