Upcycled National Parks 2 of 4: Arches and Crater Lake. These scenes are from photos I took during my 2018 road trip around the USA. I stopped at those parks as well as Bryce, Zion and Rocky Mountain. By Crater Lake (process below) I learned to better layer larger pieces like the water and sky the smaller more fine cut pieces then go on top reducing white space and misaligned connections.

You might notice the rippling in Arches, an unintended byproduct of one sided rubber cementing. For Crater I made sure to put rubber cement on both the board and piece, I let each dry and placed and smoothed the piece onto the board for a stronger bond.
