Cute Cats:
An adorable playing card game!

Cute Cats' started off as sketches of cats on paper doing cute little things, like playing with a mouse, having a fish bowl stuck on one of their heads, one floating in a fish bowl in water, etc. It then escalated into designing the cats on cards in Illustrator, a program I have never used before. I ended up doing fairly well! I chose a light pastel theme for my deck and my box for a playful and happy feeling.
The project then switched gears into photoshop, another program I had never used before! We had designed our cards in Illustrator, and now we needed a way to display them. We were tasked to get real playing cards and photograph them in some sort of environment we felt was suiting. I chose to take on the challenge of placing cards on my cats and photographing them before they move. If you have cats, you know how hard this can be.
I then managed to photoshop my cat cards over my real cards and give them a realistic feeling. I then designed a poster and a booklet to go along with my photoshopped images.
As a newbie I felt pretty satisfied and successful, and I hope that you enjoy my end results!
