BRAND AND PACKAGING
We designed the brand and packaging for Kitchenroots. They really want people to come together and share special moments. The product is handmade, fairtrade chocolate. We focussed on a warm and playful colorscheme, primitive, organic shapes, and payed extra attention to the storytelling and experience of opening and unpacking the chocolate. Ready to explore?
Manoj means 'hands' in Esperanto, a universal language made to connect people. You're not only connecting with the people you share it with, you're also connected to the farmers and the chocolate makers.
The back of the sleeve tells the story of the cacao farmers in India. Not only did we use the shape of the country on the front,
but the chocolate is also in the same shape! It's the perfect size for a get together, sharing experience with friends.
This packaging concept was designed for Charles Wailly from Kitchenroots and made by Sarah, Nieke and Yentl.
