A quick introduction on my ideas and the project on its own.
A visual representation of shock. I have combined the colour scheme of Dantes inferno with the soft line and distortion from the as for mentioned artist Tatomir Pitaric. After asking peers about the image words such as electricity distortion and broken came up. I also got told that they look like building falling apart which may be a good way to represent the falling apart of one’s soul
this is a representation of denial. It is the truth that you wont want to see. it appears in so many ways yet you may try to blur. It is after attempt after attempt that you may see the truth. Despair is also a part of this image as you try to not exit the tunnel instead you try to stay where you are.
The feeling of anger has always been associated with the coulour read but why ? is it the blood that rushes through our veins why we experience this emotion. Here i took inspiration from blood veins as they are more prominent to be associated with the colour red and anger.
Bargaining, the process of asking what it is you or the person has done to deserve the pain they are experiencing. They may ask what they have to do to get the feeling of happiness or why it couldn’t have been then instead if the person. I myself went through it differently as I have questioned the existence of a higher power and what I have to do to be accepted. However after time you realize that it is not the way to go as it just compromises your thinking in terms of moving forward.
Depression, it may be the hardest part of all stages as you will feel powerless and enclosed. Everything you have ever sought may now feel obsolete as you do not find the power to push forward. It is a dark abyss as you don’t seem to find a way out.
Acceptance, last stage you will encounter thorough out the grieving process. This stage will make you accept the death of someone and with this the hell you have entered will be over. You will start to understand what it means to loose someone and at the same time realize that it is a part of life and nothing can be done to change that. the initial concept of the visual representation is the outburst of emotions and feeling. It is the feeling of relife that goes out. The blue colour has been added to represent the calm nature.
