The client : Santander Universidades
The brief: To unify scholarship and entrepreneurship platforms into one experience.
Our answer: Re-imagine the full students journey from asking for a scholarship to creating is own enterprise and how Banco Santander could help them .
My Work: Service Designer on the project.
I ran the investigation, Definition and Ideation steps.
My mission started with interviewing the target public of the service: Students, Entrepreneurs, Professors, University incubation and scholarship administrator in Spain and Latin America but also Project Owner at Banco Santander in order to understand clients objectives and ambitions.

The aim was to create personas and user journey to frame the project. I also draw a map of the different stakeholders to understand the relations between them.

The next steps were to animate focus group and team workshops to ideate on functionalities and contents to respond to the users pain points and needs.
I delivered a map of idea and a prioritization matrice.
