I got this weird but fun art idea from the Philippine boy scouts' carabao slide attached to their neckerchief. I saw a carabao slide in our cabinet and then - boom! Art idea!

I find carabaos underrated, despite being very useful to farmers and agricultural stuff. They were used to carry loads, help plow the soil and helped farmers harvest their crops. I included the heron because every time I'd cross some palay fields in our town, I always see them beside the carabaos.

I would like to dedicate this piece to my grandparents. They used to be farmers but due to health reasons, they decided to limit their time on the farm.
