Flywheel Website Strategy, Design & Execution 2018

The goal of the re-design of Flywheel's website was to create compelling content that not only explained the features and benefits of the platform, but to also showcase the use of ReactJS technology in the look and feel. Many of Flywheel's competitors are legacy customers, so one of the competitive advantages identified was the overall aesthetics and user experience. With a very low budget and short turnaround, this website was a particularly big challenge.

The secondary goal was to create a purposeful website to drive a new initiative: net new digital lead generation program for which Cat created a financial conversion model. From her conversion model, Cat mapped out exactly how many leads she would need to obtain in order to convert and sell enough leads to meet organizational top-line revenue goals. The next phase of this project included blogging and e-mail strategy that would all funnel through an automated marketing workflow.

Cat Allen provided the strategy, vision, and overall creative direction for the website. All of the page content was written by Cat and the details - like the Flywheel "wheel" loading icon - were part of her overall product vision. With the help of Gourmet Marketing, who executed, coded and delivered the website in a Wordpress content manager, this project took just under 4 months to complete.
