Vürdurgräm Prix
My second major studio project at MICA, Vürdurgräm Prix explores the concept of iconography. Using various video game characters, places, and objects as source material, I created a set of icons that were originally intended to serve as a line of clothing brands. As I progressed from sketching to mocking up logos in Illustrator, I felt that the tone of the designs was more evocative of racing and race cars. This led to the creation of the Vürdurgräm Prix, a fictional racing circuit centered on video game-based race teams.
