Healthcare Narrative
We spend much of our lives at work – but surprisingly little time thinking about what makes our own work unique. A healthcare provider’s purpose, mission and values are a statement about the positive impact it wishes to have on people inside and outside its organisation.
We worked together to create a renewed focus on the organisation’s values and behaviours, bringing them to life in a meaningful way through a series of animated videos, all narrated by employees. Together they aim to inspire a cultural movement from the inside out by visualising combinations of diverse teams, places, and themes and celebrating their individual contributions to the greater community.
