IDEA Space Branding (2018)

  • Branding for the IDEA Space, an experiential learning initiative at the Loyola Notre Dame Library in Batlimore, Maryland.¬†Baltimore, 2018.
    I was inspired by the concept of building, which, as a "makerspace," the IDEA Space was intended to encourage students to do. For this reason, I adopted an origami and paper-craft theme, with the word mark progressing from appearing to be flat "paper" (for the "i") to folded paper ("a"). For the logomark, I illustrated the mascot of each university in an origami style. Each institution's respective color palette is also represented in the design.
