Organisms from the depths- multimedia exhibition - 2016

'Organisms from the depths' is a temporary multimedia exhibition consisting of 5 zones. It shows a variety of species living deep in the water abyss, where the sun doesn't shine at all.
One of the zones of the multimedia exhibition 'Organisms from the depths' is an interactive projection displayed on the wall by a projector.

Initially, the visitor only sees flashes of light and faint patches - as if it was visible after a dive into the depths where the sun rays do not reach.

Small torches are hung from the ceiling. They should be directed to the projection, as if the visitors wanted to illuminate it. Torches are just a simulation, in fact they send an infrared signal received by the camera so that the controller can pick up where the visitor directs the flashlight.

When the 'light' of the torch falls on the projection, whole animals emerge from the unclear shapes. They are enlarged or reduced according to their actual dimensions and short information about them is glued to the light circle. When the visitor moves the torch, the light circle changes its location and reveals the next organisms.
