Mindful: Exploring Mental Health Through Art
This exhibition was organized by the Society for Contemporary Craft, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In conjunction with Virginia MOCA staff, I contributed to the branding and creation of a PR and marketing strategy for this exhibition, featuring more than 30 works created by 14 contemporary artists Mindful examines creative responses to mental health conditions through the inclusion of artworks made by artists who have been diagnosed with or affected by mental illness. Responsible for garnering press, creating content and marketing the exhibition in print, broadcast and digital media in local, regional and state press, as well as maintaining brand standards.
