Welcome to the Hillsborough County Human Resources Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Report! This unique project serves as a critical link to Hillsborough County employees as it relates to our mission of Creating Community Prosperity. 

This report sets the stage for HR metrics, accomplishments and programs, allowing employees to embrace workplace diversity, pay equity, talent acquisition efforts, impact programs and so much more. 

Initially, the scope of this project was small: to create a report that displayed the data associated with various HR metrics. However, we realized that merging data with visually appealing graphics would help us send a more robust message to all employees. 

With the help of Office products as well as Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, we created a document we were proud to deliver to our employees.
