The “Why I Want to be a Designer” poster was part of a challenge to put into words why we students want to become graphic designers. A letter was suggested, but any format was acceptable. I created a poster instead because I found that my reasons for wanting to be a designer were rather circular. It was simply that I like doing it, because I like it.

The circular designs come from the circular reasoning of my answer. While I can provide secondary, smaller reasons behind why I want to be designer, the overall answer is simply because I want to. There's no real explanation needed for why we like certain things, we just do: we like them because we enjoy them because we like them. Likewise, I want to be a designer because I enjoy it because I want to do it.
