Art direction activity from Craft. This is the first of four 'Advanced' projects we have to do for craft.
I decided to do an illustrated stop motion music video for 'Youth' by Daughter.

The idea for this music video is to make a stop motion video that uses several different styles, inspired by the art direction for the "To This Day" video by Shane Koyczan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltun92DfnPY)
The three main styles that I want to incorporate into this video are hand illustration in a similar style to Shawn Coss, collage style imagery similar to that used in the To This Day video, and photography with digital illustration on top of the photograph.

I would really love to execute this project in future when I have the skills and the time to execute it to it's full potential.
