The sales volume increased during a certain period after a solid tourism and investment effort took place in and outside the Island of Puerto Rico. Those efforts led First Class Destination Solutions to hire additional staff. From reservation agents to chauffeurs, they used facebook as their major communication platform to fulfill their needs.
