ASU's Polytechnic campus has a massive print and imaging lab. ASU students tend to over look how truly spectacular this print and imaging lab is. Many ASU students don't know there even is a PIL at Polytechnic campus, so I created this to create exposure. The PIL started as a student project, beginning with only one printer, and transforming into a thriving business with upwards of a million dollars in equipment. With the help of a student employee, I had the liberty to take a tour of the lab. All the images shown below were taken off my cellphone. To adhere to ASU's strict color space I created rectangles and hexagons using ASU's color space. These shapes are at the bottom and top of each and every page, creating a unity throughout the project. I created a 9 page spread showcasing all that is provided in the PIL with specs and what each printer is used for.
