I have been hired by LNA Groupe for a few days to document the workers' daily life in a retirement house in Nantes. It was a great human experience. They are very much involved in their work and commited to the residents. Nowadays retirment houses and workers are much targeted in France for not treating rights the elder persons. I found only love, caring and professionalism in this retirment house, no bad treatments or whatsoever.
