Location: Portals from 1 to 9 of the Zabalotegi Street in Bergara
The building is divided into 5 portals, the No. 1 and No. 9 are symmetrical, set back from the rear side and the 3 from the recessed half of the Zabalotegi Street by a long terrace. The block, ground floor plus 4 heights does not have an elevator, work that deals with the project in question.
To improve accessibility in the case of portals 3, 5 and 7 it has been decided to locate the elevator in front of the current entrance, lengthening the portal to form a new vertical core and give more living space to the homes of the center , adding the meters that were lost with the balcony on the first floor. The modification of portals 1 and 9 has turned out to be more complex, since the patios and other elements of the dwelling have been eliminated to integrate the elevator, since in the public road there was no space.
And as for the internal reform, the exits of fumes and other existing conduits have been maintained at the request of the program. There have also been extended stays, towards the hillside and towards Zabalotegi Street.
