About
Casual Connect is a global gaming conference with a special focus on showcasing indie games. The 2019 London event brings together over 1,000 attendees, 150 keynote speakers and hundreds of indie games developers.
I was responsible for designing promotional graphics for this event, where Lost Words was the creative sponsor.. The theme features a fantasy world being revealed by page tears in a journal, mirroring the visuals of Lost Words, using in game background art. I did the lighting, compositing and paint over for assets using Photoshop and Indesign. The main event logo is designed in Illustrator, which follows a similar paint stroke look to the Lost Words logo.
