Quicknest is the first social network for real estate matching. The web app is designed to match between people seeking to rent or buy real estate from owners wanting to sell or rent out. The system doesn't ignore real estate agents but rather helps agents manage their properties and helps them provide better service to their customers. 

The unique idea in this project was to imitate the old fashioned way of searching for properties. Taking a notebook and writing in a list of properties you are looking for. if you wanted to change the type of properties you were looking for, you would create another list on a different page and continue the search.

In Quicknest, every list is actually a digital notebook which you can create as many as you want and they fill up with the properties matching the attributes of that notebook. each property will give you a percentage of matching (simillar to dating apps) and it will be easy for you to elliminate lots of properties and finds the right one for you.
