An Illuminated Manuscript Study for Studies in Museums: Introduction to Art Conservation and Collection Care (MUX 222) taken at Smith College during Interterm 2019. Modeled upon an illustration found in an online archive, this piece utilizes real parchment that was wet, stretched, sanded with resin, and finally painted with gesso, clay bole, and handmade tempera paints.
