Dez is a Middle Eastern fast-casual restaurant with a modern twist. Located in the heart of Soho, Nolita. It is owned and operated by Esquared Hospitality and chef and TV personality Eden Grinsphan.
The design is influenced by traditional Middle Eastern color palettes, pattern tiles, cozy rugs and pottery, in a mix with contemporary finishes and forms to suit the fast-casual logistics need for simplicity and space.
